Prolonged feeding with fortified breast milk or special formula for premature infants after hospital discharge leads to the optimal growth rate to 12 months of corrected age

Summary.
The review summarizes data from some publications on the use of meglumin acridonacetate (Cycloferon®) in children, selected from numerous literature sources. The drug has been shown to be effective in acute respiratory viral infections and flu, including in frequently ill children and children with allegopathology. The review also includes data from our own research on the use of Cycloferon® in rotavirus infection and HIV-infection in children. The mechanism of action of the drug is explained in sufficient detail. In conclusion, the results of meta-analysis of publications on the effectiveness of clinical use of Cycloferon® are given
