TO HELP THE DOCTOR HOW CAN A PEDIATRICIAN WRITE A REPORT ON THEIR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES (PORTFOLIO)?
I.M. Osmanov, S.N. Borzakova, A.V. Vinokurov

Summary. In order to extend the admission of a doctor to professional activity, from January 1,2021, it is planned to introduce periodic accreditation of specialists, which will be carried out once every 5 years. Periodic accreditation includes one stage – portfolio assessment. The process of obtaining admission to the professional activity of a doctor involves assessment of his professional knowledge, practical skills and clinical experience. The main tool for solving this problem is portfolio analysis, including the report on professional activities. Currently, the submission of a doctor's report is required during certification for the acquisition / confirmation of a qualification category, a portfolio is required for obtaining the status of "Moscow doctor". The current regulatory documents on the certification and accreditation of specialists do not contain detailed information on the form and content of such reports, which can cause significant difficulties for doctors in their preparation and for members of certification commissions in assessing their content. The authors reviewed the regulatory and methodological documents on this issue and analyzed the medical reports submitted to the expert certification group for the acquisition/extension of the qualification category of specialists with higher medical education in the specialty "Pediatrics" of the Moscow Department of Health for the first half of 2020. Based on the analysis, recommendations were formulated for the preparation of a specialist's report, which would improve the efficiency of its use for assessing the qualifications of a doctor .
